Even though room is not shiny - everything works, rooms are clean, and beds are comfortable. Good place to stay the night, I was surprised.

Definitely older but looks like there's been recent updates to the room. Ground level parking outside the room is convenient. A slight musty smell in the room but that's just age. Overall, it's a clean, private and comfortable space. Probably not for the picky or bougie but I would stay again.

I had a wonderful experience at this motel. My heart sunk when I saw other reviews (after making reservations) but I was positively surprised upon arrival. the place is clean and neat. there is good quality wi-fi, and hot water. no noises or bad smells as other reviews reported. the place is not new, and the furniture appears to be quite dated, but in my opinion it is actually quite an asset. some of the furniture is definitely antique store worthy (I saw a wardrobe that looked exactly like the one in my room in Sherbrooke's downtown pricey boutique). the room was very spacious, my bed was comfortable, there were hair dryer and an iron provided, also a fridge and a Keurig machine. Overall I am very happy with my stay there, and I would visit the hotel again for sure.

Grand old hotel with character. Unfortunately the restaurants closed. Walking distance to other restaurants in the ared. Rooms have been upgraded, beds very comfortable and its clean. We enjoy this older style hotel where you can park ground level in front of your door. Very nice to sit out and meet other travelers.

Honestly, this is a small and cozy place. The beds are clean, the decor gives it a country feel to it, friendly and helpful owners. I always enjoy my stay everytime I visit Sherbrooke. Plus the location is perfect for quick access to the highway to Montreal.
